Search for the Evolutionary Relationship among SLC Superfamily
Based on the Sequence Similarity
All-against-all similarity of SLC transporters was calculated by FASTA program (version: 36.3.8d, Apr, 2016).
A pair of SLC transporters with E-value less than the given value on the slide bar is connected by an edge.
A mouse-over to a name of SLC transporter turns color in red of the names of and the edges to the other SLC transporters, when the E-values to the others are less than the value set by the slide bar.
The visualization was conducted by Hierarchical Edge Bundling provided in D3.js (https://d3js.org).
