Superpose Multiple Protein Structures

Input alignment (ClustalW format only):
Specify the target protein (the target protein is the one to superimpose all the other proteins):
Upload the protein coordinate files. Concatenate all the coordinate into one file.
The order of the protein should be exactly the same as the order in amino acid sequence order in the alignment
