Sample Input Files

1. Input alignment
   Alignment file is in ClustalW format (sample input alignment)
2. Target protein
   One of the IDs in the alignment should be specified (in the case above, eg. 1OAFA).
3. Protein Coordinate file
   A multiple coordinate files should be concatenated into one file, in the same order of the alignment. (sample input pdb)
