Description
pasteseq inserts one sequence into another at a specified position and writes the new, combined sequence to an output file.
Usage
Command line arguments
Input file format
pasteseq reads 2 normal sequence USAs.
Output file format
pasteseq writes a normal sequence file.

This can be used as a simple sequence editor.
